TrackAddict analysis

TrackAddict data analysis on your computer

TrackAddict records your laps, your GPS track and your OBD data on the phone. Send its Raw CSV to LapViz Studio: the laps of the app are kept, every channel can be drawn and compared, and the 3D replay brings the session back to life on the satellite view of the circuit. Free, nothing to install.

Frequently asked questions

How do I analyse TrackAddict data on a PC?

Export the Raw CSV of the session from TrackAddict, then drop the file in LapViz Studio, in the browser of a PC or a Mac: free, nothing to install.

Which TrackAddict export should I choose?

Raw CSV (TrackAddict & RaceRender): LapViz keeps the laps of the app and every channel. The VBO and GPX exports are read too, without the laps of the app: LapViz calculates them on the circuits it knows.

Are the laps of TrackAddict kept?

Yes, with the Raw CSV: the laps timed by the app are kept as they are. On a circuit known by LapViz, the laps are also calculated from the GPS for the leaderboards.

Can I copy the files of TrackAddict without e-mail?

Yes. The sessions are the Log- files of the app: on Android in Android/data/com.hptuners.trackaddict/files, on iOS in the file sharing of the app. Take the .csv file.

Does LapViz replace RaceRender?

Not for the video editing. LapViz analyses the data, synchronizes an on-board video and exports a transparent telemetry overlay to put over your footage in a video editor.

Is it free?

Yes. The Studio and the 3D replay are free and work without an account; the LapViz account is free too.
